It contains minerals, vitamins, pollen, and protein which are sometimes left behind during filtration of raw honey. It mainly includes Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Sodium Chloride and Potassium.

It is very likely if you order Sunflower honey from us, it may arrive in crystallized state. Raw Sunflower honey crystallizes very fast and it has a lovely crunchy-creamy texture. This is because we do not heat and process our honey. If you prefer soft or runny, we would recommend putting it in some hot water and make sure the temperature is not higher than 40 °C and it will return to its liquid state.
